Yoga Sprouts!
Child & Caregiver Kundalini Yoga Classes

Children are natural yogis, they love to move and stretch their  bodies.   Children and caregivers will have fun sharing Kundalini Yoga in a comfortable setting.  These classes incorporate song, story, and animal poses to make yoga fun and easy to remember.  Yoga encourages kids to listen to their breath as they move.  Deep breathing techniques help calm the mind and relax the body.  Yoga offers many benefits including improved muscle tone and balance, increased strength and flexibility, social interaction in a non-competitive setting, improved body awareness, a unique creative outlet, and best of all increased confidence and self-esteem!  Sharing yoga with our children gives them a set of tools to help with life's challenges and to enjoy life's blessings.   In Yoga Sprouts we plant a seed to live and love who we truly are!

OH OM
Teaching kids to tune into there inner selves can be as simple as singing out the letter "O".  Felt from the heart, any sound can bring peace to the psyche and relax the systems of the body.  Our children can tune into their inner rhythms quite easily when given the space and patience to allow their own harmonies to envelope a room.  This can be so healing for all who participate.  Encourage slow, deep breaths and long, slow exhalations of song.
