Kundalini Yoga is the Science of Awareness, an ancient technology for maintaining balance of the body, mind, and spirit. According to this tradition, Kundalini Yoga will help strengthen the glandular system, the nervous system, and the circulatory system; expand the lung capacity and eradicate emotional blocks that manifest as tension in the muscular system.
Kundalini Yoga is accessible for everyone regardless of age or experience. Kundalini Yoga combines conscious breathing (Pranayama), guided movement, meditation, simple postures (Asana), stretching, sequence (Kriya), rhythm, and sound (Mantra) to balance body, mind, and being. Remember who you truly are, love yourself completely, and accept yourself with all your potential.

Expect a relaxed and welcoming environment as Katie* leads us on an adventure into mantra. Mantra uses repetition and sacred sound to facilitate and deepen meditation. 90-minute workshop will include a brief Kundalini Yoga kriya, several long chanting meditations, and a sublime shavasana at the end. Tea will be served afterwards. Some chants are monotone and some are musical. Come as you are and embrace the power of mantra!
