Kundalini Yoga

Class Description
Kundalini Yoga is the Science of Awareness, an ancient technology for maintaining balance of the body, mind, and spirit. According to this tradition, Kundalini Yoga will help strengthen the glandular system, the nervous system, and the circulatory system; expand the lung capacity and eradicate emotional blocks that manifest as tension in the muscular system. 

​Kundalini Yoga is accessible for everyone regardless of age or experience. Kundalini Yoga combines conscious breathing (Pranayama), guided movement, meditation, simple postures (Asana), stretching, sequence (Kriya), rhythm, and sound (Mantra) to balance body, mind, and being. Remember who you truly are, love yourself completely, and accept yourself with all your potential.

This is the goal of Kundalini Yoga, to let your True Self blossom!
